When you create a trade account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and Australian Business Number (ABN). When you browse or search for parts, we collect usage data including search queries, page views, and equipment context you provide.
Your information is used to: process and fulfil orders, verify trade account eligibility via ABN validation, provide personalised parts recommendations and confidence scoring, communicate order updates and shipping information, and improve our platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: payment processors to complete transactions, shipping providers to deliver orders, and ABN lookup services for account verification. We may also share aggregated, anonymised data for analytics purposes.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Our database is hosted in Australia. We implement access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
