By accessing or using the ELSA platform (elsa.parts), operated by Escalator & Lift Supplies Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN pending), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Access to trade pricing requires a verified trade account with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). ELSA reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke trade accounts at its discretion. Account holders are responsible for all activity under their credentials.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout via credit or debit card. ELSA does not offer invoice or credit terms.
While we strive for accuracy, part compatibility information, confidence scores, and cross-references are provided as guidance only. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify part suitability for their specific equipment and application. Safety-critical parts are flagged but this does not constitute an engineering warranty.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused parts in original packaging. Electrical and safety-critical components may not be eligible for return once opened. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
ELSA provides parts supply services and compatibility information only. We are not responsible for installation, commissioning, or any damages arising from the use of parts purchased through our platform. Professional installation by qualified technicians is required.
