ELSA isn't a marketplace and we don't list anything we can't cross-reference. Every part in our catalogue is matched against OEM sources before it reaches your search results, and every search result is scored against your equipment.
Over 24,000 parts are catalogued from OEM sources — Otis, Schindler, KONE, TK Elevator and aftermarket brands. One product record in our catalogue is mapped to every part number we know about for that part, so a Schindler reference and a KONE reference resolve to the same result.
You can search by SKU, manufacturer part number, OEM reference, or a freeform description. Part numbers are stored both raw and normalised — hyphens, slashes and case don't matter.
